PivotCXO is an executive operating practice founded by Michael Fong — a hands-on operating executive with over 25 years of experience building and scaling high-growth businesses across gaming, deep tech, and biotech.
Michael built one of the world's largest gaming companies' Asia operations from the ground up to a $500M+ P&L across 13 markets. He has founded and exited deep-tech ventures, executed complex cross-border transactions, and currently serves as Venture Partner at VU Venture Partners in Silicon Valley — investing alongside some of the most consequential technology companies of this generation including SpaceX, OpenAI, and Neuralink.
Through PivotCXO, Michael embeds directly into start-up and growth-stage companies as a fractional operating executive — getting inside the business, owning real outcomes, and driving results across strategy, international expansion, and complex transactions.
